Historian Database Error

We are using Ignition our plant. Recently, the historian is not recording any new data since 2 days ago. We see the error as “com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The transaction log for database 'GMES_Historian' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'.“

I tried to retry but did not work. Also, I tried to find any table with logs but need help there.

Your database log file is full.

If you don’t have access to the SQL Server interface to backup and shrink the log files than contact your IT department or whoever has access to the database.

Thank you sir. I don’t have access to DB. But, I’ll contact IT department. I had doubt that is it something in Ignition which I am missing or not. But, Thanks!
