We are running an Edge Gateway, and i have created several tags to show history. When I go to set a binding on the tag, they are not showing up in the Historical Providers folder. I have stopped and started the Historian Module on the Gateway and stopped and restarted the gateway also. Any suggestions on what to look at?
Did you actually setup the tag history correctly?
Do you see any errors in the log?
Pretty certain they are setup correctly, history is set to true and pointed to the Edge Historian for the provider. The log does show an error of null,Uncertain_InitialValue. Would this keep the tag from showing up when trying to browse to it?
Have you tried accessing through the realtime provider?
I am able to see them in the realtime provider, so I was wondering if there was something happening with the historian provider. If I bind the tag using realtime, does that allow to see the historical value. I am trying to bind to a Time Series Chart

Likely. Any chance you have a time zone problem? Or a PLC clock not set properly? (When using a PLC's OPC server...)
