Historized Alarm data gets deleted automatically

I have configured an alarm to a tag and there’s a table in the database called alarm_events in the database. I use this table for some calculations. I find that the data older than a week gets deleted automatically from this table

Is that the default function of ignition or i need to configure any setting?

Look at the “Data Pruning” section of your Alarm Journal configuration.
