We've seen many versions of Ignition and sometimes the reactions are slightly different.
Can you confirm how this should works?
In a pair of redundant gateways with redundancy settings (Warm and History Mode = full), the master node assumes the history/log when it is active and the backup node assumes the history/log when it fails over (with SF or not).
Today with 8.1.44, I noticed that the backup node gateway does not create history/log (with SF or not).
