for the quarantined items, i want to know where and which script caused this. it is in .xml format, and i don't know how to decode it. Seems kindling doesn't support it.
Kindling can't open quarantine.xml files directly, but should be able to open the actual disk cache itself if you zip it up and open it in Kindling.
can i zip it up from the web or i have to zip it up by logging in the linux server where it is deployed ( which i don't have the permission)
The latter, unfortunately. I should add the ability to "best effort" decode quarantine files... There's literally not enough information in them in all cases, but some info could still be recovered.
