How does the Search String in Alarm Journal works?

Hi All,

I’m wondering if someone knows and can explain to me how the Search String in Alarm Journal works.
“Filter alarms by searching for a string in both source path and display path” means that it searches the string in the source path / display path and if it’s present in both it will be displayed or it’s enough to be present in one of them (source path or display path)?
I’m asking this since I have a strange situation, where the search string will not search for all the alarms matching text in the Search String.
As you can see in the above picture, there are multiple alarms that start with AL2. (AL2,AL236,AL257,AL216,AL235)

But if I put “AL2” inside the “Ricerca nel Testo” ( search filter ) field I’ll get only AL240

Any help will be much appreciated

Cheers,
