How many tags with history? (Historian statisics)

Hi All,

Sorry for what may be a dumb question.

How does quickly find a total number of tags in a project with history enabled?
I can’t find a setting or a page with a summary.

Note our site is cyclical in its operation so the aggregate count on the gateway doesn’t help when half the plant isn’t running- I want to know how many total.

Is it a scripting challenge? An SQL Challenge? (Both my weak points)

Easiest is to select count on sqlth_te where retired is NULL
In whichever database you are storing history.
