How to access access User & roles <Locked out enable, lockout window and user Inactivity time from script in view

Hi, i have created a separate view for user and roles.

in that view I have to access User & roles <Locked out enable, lockout window in gateway with the help of script in my view.

how to do that can any one suggest.
