How to add a target line to an Ignition 7.9 Bar Graph

Hello,

We are trying to set up several reports using ignition data. One of the requests was to add a target line to this graph, at the 120 position, and running across the graph. I've looked online, and I can't find documentation for the JFreeChart that shows how to accomplish this. If you have any advice or guidance, please let me know!
