How to call project library script

I created a script to initialize state in my scripting project library
The script library is called InitState and the function inside is also def InitState():

I can run the script in script console so no error there.
Problem is I try to launch when they press the start button and I keep getting an error:
Error executing script for event: actionPerformed on component startGA

ManualLine is my project name - error traceback is below.
do I need to do something else to make this script accessible to the button?

Button script is:

Don't include the project name. Projects cannot call library scripts of other projects.

Thank you so much! I am new to this tool and I was making a nice dent in the wall banging my head into it over what I new must be simple syntax.
