How to change Gateway Time zone

Hello everyone,

The time zone on my Ignition gateway (version 8.1.32) is not the same as local time zone on the hosted server. This results in a time discrepancy between the data logged into the database by transaction groups and the local time on the system.

What is the best way to sync Ignition's time zone with the server's time zone?

Ignition picks up the host machine's timezone when the service starts, unless there is an explicit timezone specified in ignition.conf. You may just need to restart the Ignition service.
