How to change profile email address on this forum

Can anyone tell me how to change the email address associated with my profile on this forum?

Go to your profile, you can change it there.

I do not see any way to change it in my profile. First place I looked. There is a message that says "Email can be updated from authentication provider. Never shown to the public"

The forum is using the main site as the identity provider so the changes have to be made there.
