I have accidentally deleted the built in OPC UA. which is Ignition OPC-UA Server.
What is the best way to connect to that again?
What is the Ignition OPC-UA Server URL Endpoint?
Should I uninstall Ignition and install back again?

You should be able to reconnect by simply setting the server connection backup. Ignition’s OPC UA Server - Ignition User Manual 8.1 - Ignition Documentation (inductiveautomation.com)
Try this for the end point opc.tcp://localhost:4096 then use
opcuauser as username and password as password
opc.tcp://localhost:62541/discovery Worked for me
4096 wasn’t the correct port
