How to Create Active Directory to fetch Windows Authentication in Ignition

Hey,
I am trying to Connect my Ignition using my Windows Authentication and also trying to connect the Port 389 but all i getting the error is Failed to Connect the LDAP Server so please suggest a better way to resolve it.
