Welcome @michealspencer.fende, there are a couple ways to do this depending on what the end goal is.
Could you provide an example of what you are trying to do? This will provide more context for the best solution and/or whether a different chart component may be more suitable.
Also, as you mentioned the XY chart, I assume you are using Perspective and, hence, v8.x of Ignition. Is this correct?
