Yes, it is possible. It's literally just tables and labels

It's simply a Flex View made up of lots of flex containers, tables, and labels
I have seen the video, but they have explained how to create a simple table,
You won't be able to create this as a single table. If I was doing it, I wouldn't use a table at all. I would use labels within flex containers. I'd create a few template views for these common parts:
(I may have missed some)
For the other parts, I'd most likely just create them on the page.

Did you read any of my other replies? What have you created so far? What have you tried so far?
How are you getting the data for your table? How is it grouped? Have you gotten a simple table to show that data? Or just the ungrouped data? (That's first, before you make it pretty.)
