how to create poll delay in modbus tcp device

i am using modbus tcp driver in ignition and cant find any settings for poll delay iam attiching screenshot for reference.
A screen shot of your list of drivers doesn’t explain what you mean by poll delay. What delay? Where would it be applied in the protocol? What problem are you trying to solve?
