How to do BarChart without time axis and just a parameter

I would like to do a chart without time axis just using a parameter like:

wonder with wich kind of chart I can archive this.

XY Chart. You just have to have one axis as value, another as category and a series set to render as column. Maybe a bit more of work to do, but you will find out.
