hi we are checking some SFC and we realize some are taken by another user that it does not have access any more but still showing as he is editing the SFC how i can remove this user ?
As far as I know this is a known issue. It has something to do with connection between the server and the designer being improperly severed, which causes ghost users to appear.
Same thing happened to me, although not on SFC but on perspective views. Best, if not the only way, is to restart the ignition server using gwcmd.
