How do I export all of my [default] tags? I can only select one folder at time in v8.1. Is there a v7.9 mode where I can see the root and select all the tags?
Don’t select any folder, then export.

Yeah, figured it out. But you have to have you mouse over the thin 4 or 5 pixel wide area to the left of a folder, but not above the first listed folder, then the context menu will appear on right-click. Not a good GUI design.
No need for precision right click. Export is available in the menu in the upper right.

And if you need a quick way to unselect tags, hitting refresh works.
To export all tags I say in the Tag Browser: Refresh, click the 3 Dots Menu, Export
Hitting the esc key also works for this as well. It also has the added benefit of not collapsing expanded folders.
