How to export tags with .proj file?

I'm using Ignition 7.9.17 with the WebDev module.

I can only export tags in the /Client folder and not from any of the other tag folders (see image below).
Why is this?

Tags are gateway scoped, not project scoped.

There are a number of resources that are Gateway scoped that do not come with a project backup. If you want a backup that includes the tags you need to do a Gateway backup from the Gateway homepage.
