How to manipulate this tooltip in the equipment schedule component

How can i change the content of the tooltip. It displays when I click on any of the event (WO PIPE 34).

I don't think that can be changed. That is specifically for changing the event start and end times when clicking and dragging. Try clicking on the left side of the event, then the right side.

It would be neat if an actual tooltip could be applied to each event, but I don't think it's trivially possible right now.

Edit:
You might could add an onClickEvent action and open a popup when you click on the event.
