In the internal network of the company, the perspective project can be connected to the Internet and viewed.

What I want to know is how to open a perspective project on the Internet using an external network rather than an internal network within the company.
You will need VPN to access internal network.
Doesn't vpn mean remote access?
I don't want to do it remotely, I just want to see the project from an external network.
Well then did you mean intranet
Ask IT to forward the port from the external network to the internal one.
If you did mean internet, then VPN is one method of secure remote access.
It is correct to connect to the Internet.
If so, how should I connect to the vpn?
Personally, I use openVPN.
Install the server on the same network as the Ignition server.
Distribute client certificates, install OpenVPN connect on each client machine.
If you work at a company with an IT department, they are likely going to want to do this "their way".
You certainly shouldn't do this on your own without consultation to the relevant company and their IT department, since this could leave the gateway and/or whole company network open to security holes without proper knowledge. Although, the company switch would likely block this regardless.
The company also may already have a VPN established that you can use.
