How to open a popup

Hi everyone, hope you all good, Can anybody help me how can i open a popup window by pressing the valider component in image, valider is a template that containing a label in it,
by using button it can be done easily by the action performed property in available in button.

You can do the same thing with any component’s onClick event.

i made a a component with button and used action handler to open popup, now it is working fine. thank you for your support.
