How To Rotate Image in Ignition Vision Without Changing the Aspect

Hi,

When I try to rotate an image, The window of the image don't follow:

What can I do?

I'm not sure that I understand the question. In the designer, an image in an image component maintains its aspect, but the window has to be big enough to accommodate the rotating image. Are you wanting the image to shrink small enough to fit the existing window when rotated? Are you rotating the image via a script?

Hi,

I'm rotating the image from the Vision Property Editor:

I rotated the image by 90 degree and the "dotted window" arround the image didn't flip 90 degree too.

You need to resize the image component so that the roated image can fit. Drag the handle on the right side further right and you should see the rest of the image.

You can also try switching the width and height values using cntrl + p
