How to turn off coordinate container snapping?

Is there any way to turn off the coordinate container alignment snapping tools? There’s a bug with using the arrow keys to move components (they move in the wrong direction…) and so I would like to use the mouse to move my components around, but I can’t because they keep snapping to the alignment of other components and I can’t move them to where I want them.

There’s no option to turn it off permanently, but you can hold down the Alt key to disable “snapping” while you are currently dragging a component.
