Is it necessary to create a custom pop-up to allow the users to enter Ack Notes and the Ack’d By information when acknowledging an alarm?
The columns are built-in to the table, but I don’t see a built-in way to enter values for the columns.

When configuring an alarm in the Tag Editor there is a checkbox to say “Ack Notes Required”. If this is ticked, then a text entry box will appear when an operator goes to acknowledge that alarm.
