Huge number of Alarm records in database after starting Ignition Gateway

Hi!
I have a long time issue with alarm records to database after each Ignition Gateway start/restart

Actually, when I start Ignition, so from every alarm tag I have record to database even if alarm is not active now.
Maybe there is a property, which I should enable/disable?
I have more than 200 stations with more than 30 defined alarms. So You can imagine how many records I get in database when Ignition Gateway starts...
I delete them manually every time.

Please somebody help me to not letting Ignition to insert these unuseful records to alarm_events database table)

SOOOO MANY THANX in Advance :upside_down_face:

And sorry if there is allready the same topic... but I did not find any...

Did someone change the detection window size?
It defaults to 10 minutes.

Thank You! You saved me) :handshake:

Actually today was the possibility to test this.
and it didn’t help. I get a lot of alarms as it was before…
Maybe there is something else I could change in Gateway?

Did you ever figure this out? On every startup I get over 500 alarms. Since I'm running Edge as an HMI, startups happen more frequently.

All my alarms are configured as Bit State but when I look at the details of the startup alarms, they say the Event Value was 0 even though the "On Zero" is set to false.

Completely out of curiosity - what is your setup that you have to worry about gateway restarts? Are you shutting it down on a regular basis for some reason? Curious as we pretty much only ever restarted when we did a version upgrade. Beyond that, our gateway would run for months..

Since we are using Ignition Edge as the HMI, every time they lock the machine out for maintenance, it gets powered down.
