I’m configuring an alarming system for our building. I’m working on formatting the notification email. I enabled two-way settings to add a hyperlink and allow users to acknowledge the alarm. However. I’m running into a problem. The link is not being hyperlinked and is just plaintext. This means users have to copy and paste the link into their browser rather than just double clicking it. Below is an alarm email example:
My next thought was to format the link with html on the message field in the alarm pipeline, but the notification block only allows me to enable the link to be added to the end of the message, which doesn’t allow for any sort of text formatting on the link. Any ideas on how to fix this?
