I am having an issue with tags not showing up correctly in the OPC browser

I am having an issue with tags not showing up correctly in the OPC browser . DINTS are showing up as a folder instead of a tag.

I am trying to create a tag called PPM_205 it is a DINT from a Control Logix L71 Rev. 20.12. When I browse for the tag this is what I get

I tried creating a new tag WTF_205 and I get the same thing

But I was able to create other tags today just fine, I don’t understand what the heck is going on

This is how I have the tags in the controller

I tried refreshing the tag browser, exiting ignition, talking nice to my computer then talking dirty to it nothing seams to work :slight_smile:

I am running ignition 7.6.6

If you restart Ignition does it show up correctly?

I did not try restarting the gateway as this will interrupt production I did close and open the designer but it didn’t make a difference.

Well… when you get a break in production or can otherwise tolerate some downtime, give that shot.

If it doesn’t work you’ll probably need to upgrade to a more recent version.

Did restarting the gateway resolve this issue? I’m having the same problem with DINT tags

Any resolution on this? I’m having the same. DINT shows up in OPC browser as an empty folder. Tried restarting the AB driver and refreshing the Device. No Bueno.

Restarted the OPC server and that fixed the issue for me.
