I dragged png images to Ingition, but they are showing an red x and have not loaded

Greetings,

I'm dragging multiple png images on the image icon in vision, but when I click on the image browser after uploading my images, I get a red mark on some of the images, and they are not visible to me.

Note: The first image worked, but when I added 5 more images, these images have a red mark on the image browser.

May you assist me with this issue?

  1. Can you provide some screenshots?
  2. Are you getting any errors in the Gateway Logs under Status > Logs?
  3. Have you tried to remove them from the Image Management and uploading them without dragging and dropping?

Attached below are the pictures and background information.

Background pertaining to issue:

  • each picture size is roughly ~ 1,000 KB and type is .png
  • Using vision for graphics and img icon.

  1. I went on the status -> diagnostic -> logs, but there are no errors.

  2. Since this is an VM that my ignition runs on, what are the steps to do this?

Are you running the designer in the VM as well?

I'm running the designer application on this VM.

Did you drag the images from your host to the VM? Sometimes I have had to put the files onto the VM itself and then to the Image Management
