I am not sure what I am doing wrong for accessing the "Design Launcher" account and I used my password and typical one, but I am unsuccessful in login. Please advise, how I can access the design launcher? thanks in advance.
- Is this a new install
- Is it normal Ignition or Maker edition?
I used my password ...
- What username and password is this? If you are using the default user source then have you set yourself up as a user and have you defined roles?
... and typical one,
- What is a "typical" password?
... but I am unsuccessful in login.
- What is the error message?
- Did you try the admin login and password you created during installation?
