Hi @925681905, as of 8.1 Ignition gets installed with a quick start demo, see here for further information.
If you are seeking other examples the best place to look would be on the Ignition Exchange.
Fair warning . Ignition is a large and complicated beast. Developers who think they only need a "quick start" are often disappointed. I strongly recommend you spend a couple weeks with Inductive University's free online training.
