When a user opens the on screen keyboard for a perspective project to login, several identifiers will be missing (see highlighted buttons in image).
Any ideas on what could be going on?
That on-screen keyboard is your OS, and not a built-in Ignition keyboard.

Don’t use Microsoft products on touchscreens, this is why.
Makes sense. Could I force to use Ignition on-screen keyboard if I disable the Microsoft on-screen keyboard?
From another post I found that Hope Industrial monitors can sometimes have this issue. I am going to install the ELO drivers from their website.
I will mark this as solved once I test and if it works.
Nope, the login page will not work with non-OS based onscreen keyboards.
