I couldn't see any section about sending IDOCs from SAP to Ignition. I provide consultancy on the SAP MES side. I have the idea of writing MES with Ignition. However, as SAP consultants, we place great importance on IDOC sending. Sending IDOCs such as Material, Work Plan, Production Order, etc., even custom Z IDOCs, is an incredible advantage for MES. I have seen Sepasoft add-on packages, but they work for RFC connections. I couldn't see a section for IDOCs. Has anyone experienced or thought about this?
I have tried an HTTP connection to send IDOC to Ignition, and it works.
