A customer recently raised an issue where he's unable to log into the gw web portal. He goes to log in and it just sits there thinking for minutes. He waited 15minutes one time and it hadn't moved. I'm not sure how to even go about diagnosing this?
What loggers would be useful?
We're just using the internal default db user source and the Ignition IdP.
I can login just fine across the VPN. He's connected to the site's WiFi which, while I was onsite, I had no issues with.
I also encounter this issue, I can log in without any problems on the Master gateway but on the backup gateway is where I get stuck on the log in screen.
I recommend looking directly at the wrapper log file on the backup server to see if any errors are showing there. (Since you can't use the gateway web page.)
