I think I have found an issue with the storing of data inside a memory dataset tag. When one of the columns is a date, it will lose its millisecond value after a gateway restart.
Example tag config:
Have replicated on v8.1.31 and v8.1.39.

Thanks for the report. Pretty unambiguously a bug - it's specifically an issue with how we're serializing datasets to disk. I've reported it internally, but I'd still recommend contacting our actual support department officially if you care to be notified when this is fixed; they'll do the necessary things to ensure that happens.
