[IGN-12255] Small bug in Historian webconfiguration page

Hi all,
during testing the Power Historian of the Ignition8.3-beta2 (and beta1) release, I noticed that there is no event trigger behind the 'Open Metrics Dashboard' button.

Does this function requires a specific module to be installed as well?

It doesn't look like the Open Metrics Dashboard buttons have been configured yet but we do have a ticket open to get it addressed.

In the meantime, you can navigate to the Metrics Dashboard by going to Diagnostics > Metrics Dashboard.
