[IGN-12334] Remote tag provider list not populating

After creating a remote gateway connection, I noticed that when setting up a remote tag provider, the Provider dropdown doesn't display any available providers. However, if I manually type in the provider name, the tags do successfully pull into the 8.3 gateway.

Is this a bug, or is there something I might be missing in the configuration?

I did not see the provider name, had to type it manually. And… I cannot add any tags or import anything over the remote gateway connection.

The manual tells me to manage the policy of the default security zone, but the entire Manage option is disabled from the 3 dots menu.

Yes, it’s still open. Your best bet is to contact support, give them the ticket number in the title of the post, and have them open a support ticket. That way you can be notified when the ticket is done.
