Where is the Vendor Name pulled from in 8.3?
I'm guessing my self-signed signing certs are missing something.

I noticed this with my Modbus module this weekend as well... guess I should take a look and see if I can figure out why.

Ugh, worst case confirmed. It's a hardcoded switch, and not even a good one that would prevent somebody from "spoofing" the vendor name. This is why I didn't want to go looking 
(ticket made...)

Check out my comment here. If self signing your own certificates, I’ve found that updating the Common Name (CN) will update the Vendor Name in Ignition gateway on 8.3
