[IGN-14708]Issue with upload and dowload in Image Management

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the Image Management tool. When I try to download the images of a project from the Ignition Designer (v8.3.1), I get a “Timeout exception” error message.

When I check the downloaded folder, all the images are placed at the root of the folder and they are not organized into subfolders like they are in Image Management.

Conversely, if I try to upload images, I don’t get any error, but all my folders make no sense: none of the images are there, all the images seem to be replaced by folders, and they are not organized in the correct directory structure as they should be.

This was working properly when I was using Ignition 8.1.42 (my previous version). (Windows 11)

Could you help me to solve this please?

This is a known bug we're tracking internally. We don't yet have an estimate on when it will be fixed.
