When using the perspective slider with bidirectional enabled on the tag it, when you click on the handle to drag the slider it seems to write the step value instead of letting the slider move with the cursor and write out after the mouse has been released.
I would expect the slider to not write the value out until the mouse click has been released.
To my knowledge that's the way the Slider has worked from day one. We do have an open feature request to provide a deferUpdates property which would wait to write a value until after the click has been released.
