In the short term, investigating the project to see if it’s the issue @osolorzano noted above.
I have tried to kick this ticket for reprioritization based on the number of customers encountering it, but I can’t just assign a higher priority to it myself.
We are also facing the same issue with one of our customer projects. Could this be related to how the network is set? or the end terminals having dynamic or static IP’s? Or any background scripts? Tagging my co worker @Punit_Bhargava as well.
There is a fix coming for this issue in 8.1.14.
FYI, I am on 8.1.48 and just noticed this problem.
I did open the most recent perspective view that I was working on and looked for missing Name Meta data but did not find any problems with the view. Decided save the project and went back to the gateway for screen shots and the status/perspective sessions were showing properly again. Did not have to reset the gateway. I do have the perspective.ClientSession.Sync set to off on the logger due to this message right now but that is the only indication that something is wrong.
