[IGN-4238] Better data entry for named query DateTime test values

Request:
It’d be nice to have a proper datetime selector when testing named queries. At the moment you have to type in the datetime manually.

Also, it’s impossible to edit a datetime by double clicking (the whole string is erased), which makes small time modifications impossible.
