[IGN-584]Error on util.sendRequest through gateway network

I am trying out a simple sendRequest across my gateway network servers,

print system.util.getGatewayAddress()
returnValue = system.util.sendRequest(project='Carefree_Systems', messageHandler='deliverRoster', payload={'text':'Hello, There!'}, remoteServer='carefree-web')
print returnValue

I have my message handler set to just return the payload[‘text’] while I am testing it out,
I am getting the following error when I try to send the request through the script console.

What version is the remote gateway? Is it Edge? Does it have any projects, and are they enabled?

Message sender is 8.0.15, receiving gateway is 8.1.0 rc1,Yes it has several projects. The project I am sending to is set as an inheritable project if that matters?

So after thinking about that, I changed the handler to be a regular project and it worked.

That makes sense, albeit that’s a terrible error message.
