[IGN-9468] Display: Barcode can lock up client

I noticed that some barcode types gracefully handle invalid data with a message:

Invalid barcode value for qrcode format

Some types completely lock up the designer/browser tab. I'm not sure if I could do some of my own error handling to make this fail more gracefully but I suspect the component should be updated.

This is a simple view that will let you click through the types. The first one to lock up for me is "codablockf":

We have an internal ticket to update the library in use for the Barcode Component. There is no ETA at this time.
