I’m trying to connect an old version of Ignition (7.3.9) with the last version of Kepserver (6.5.829.0) but i can’t get a successful connection and i can’t figure out why… I read some post with troubles with Kepserver 6+ but i still can’t make it work. The anonymous login session is enabled and the ignition certificate deleted, regenerated and trusted several times in OPC UA configuration manager. The server status page shows “error is empty” so i don’t know what the reason why the connection is fault. Any other advice to check??

If there’s nothing obvious appearing in the logs you might have to call into support for this one.
