Ignition 7.7.6 TCP Connection Lost

Hi everyone!

I’m having troubles with a TCP/IP device I’m connected to.
The connection is succsesfull but in the logs every few seconds appears an ERROR message saying:

ERROR [TCPConnection[1749]           ] [10:35:03,683]: Connection lost.
java.io.IOException: End of stream reached.
at com.inductiveautomation.iosession.socket.AsyncSocketIOSession.run(AsyncSocketIOSession.java:74)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745)

Now I have disabled all the connection (6 in total, different IPs, the same port 1749) and the ERROR message is still showing in the logs.

Any idea how can I follow this up ?

We have a similar issue with 8.0.6. Restarting the server that Ignition is on seems to solve the issue. Where you able to come up with a permanent solution?

I am having the same issue with ignition 8.1.11 version, even though the gateway was restarted few days back
