Ignition 7.9.6 - Mobile Module goes blank and always requires restart

Hi,

We have recently implemented an Ignition system and are having issues with the Ignition Mobile module. The problem is that after some period of time (6-48 hrs) the mobile website fails (i.e. goes blank) and shows a restart button in the middle of the page.

Our mobile device are latest 55" Samsung Overhead Displays running Tizen OS; we’ve also tested the various overhead displays (i.e. LG) and also on laptop running windows 10 - Chrome yet no luck. It yields the same results (screen goes blank - showing restart button).

The production server is as follows:
Windows Server 2016
32GB RAM
12 Core Xeon Gold Processor
Multiple SSD’s on RAID5

Also tested on:
Windows Server 2012 R2
32GB RAM
Dual Core

We’re currently running Ignition version: 7.9.6 - Mobile Module:4.9.6

To try to address the issue, we’ve increased the resources, command timeout and yet no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi mate,
Did you try installing 9.5 version of the Mobile module and run it with the 9.6 gateway.
I had a problem with the web browser module and just installed an older version of the module with the latest version of the gateway.
