Ignition 7.9 with serial client gateway on Windows Server 2019

Hello!
I have a problem using licensed Ignition 7.9 on a Windows Server 2019. The installation goes without problems adding the supplemental modules also(Serial support gateway and client), but after I add the first Modbus RTU device, the gateway crashes and in the log appears the following error
INFO | jvm 2 | 2024/06/05 15:27:23 | Serialio Library: version 10.2.3: build 9233
INFO | jvm 2 | 2024/06/05 15:27:23 | Copyright (c) 1996-2015 Serialio.com, All Rights Reserved.
INFO | jvm 2 | 2024/06/05 15:27:23 | os.name="Windows Server 2016" os.arch="amd64"
INFO | jvm 2 | 2024/06/05 15:27:23 | osName=Windows Server 2016 osArch=amd64
INFO | jvm 2 | 2024/06/05 15:27:23 | Platform not supported, check VM properties os.name & os.arch

Is there a workaround to solve this?
Thanks

Not in v7.9, no. IA switched to Fazecast's library in v8+, presumably because Serialio wasn't keeping up with modern platforms.

v7.9 won't be patched to fix this. Downgrade your Windows server if you really need this. Consider switching to Modbus RTU over TCP with a Moxa network serial converter.
